Important information for equipment rentals with Can Elite Tech Sport.

Please read the following terms carefully before booking any equipment.
By submitting a rental request or using our equipment, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking Process

  • All rental requests must be submitted through our Quote Request form or confirmed directly with our team.
  • Bookings are subject to equipment availability and scheduling.
  • Optional coaching support may be added upon request.
  • A booking is considered confirmed once all details are agreed upon between the customer and Can Elite Tech Sport.

2. Payment & Confirmation

  • Rental pricing is customised based on location, duration, equipment type, setup requirements, and add-ons.
  • No pricing is displayed online.
  • Payment instructions will be provided after consultation.
  • A booking may require a deposit depending on equipment type and event size.

3. Delivery, Setup & Pickup

  • All equipment is delivered, installed, and collected exclusively by the Can Elite Tech Sport team.
  • Clients must ensure a safe, accessible area for setup and operation.
  • The client must be present (or designate a representative) during setup and pickup.

4. Suitable Locations & Surface Requirements

  • Equipment must be used on flat, stable surfaces: turf, grass, gym floors, hardwood, or flat indoor areas.
  • Uneven, sloped, or unsafe surfaces are not permitted.
  • Adequate space must be available according to equipment type.

5. Weather Policy (Outdoor Rentals)

Our equipment is designed to operate safely in normal outdoor conditions commonly experienced in British Columbia.
To protect sensitive electronic components, the following rules apply:

  • Permitted Conditions
    • Dry outdoor weather
    • Overcast or cloudy conditions
    • Light drizzle only if protective cover or tent is provided by the client
    • Standard turf, grass, or flat outdoor surfaces
  • Restricted Conditions (Not Permitted)
    • Heavy rain
    • Lightning or thunder
    • High winds
    • Snow or freezing temperatures
    • Standing water or wet ground around electrical components
  • Operational Notes
    • In uncertain weather, our team may delay setup until conditions are safe.
    • Protective covers or tents are strongly recommended for outdoor bookings.
    • Can Elite Tech Sport may pause or cancel use if conditions become unsafe, to prevent equipment damage.

This policy ensures safety while still allowing flexible outdoor use during typical BC weather.

6. Behaviour & Environmental Safety

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all users, we ask that standard safety guidelines are respected during equipment use:

  • General Conduct
    • Please ensure all participants behave responsibly and follow basic safety instructions.
    • Children should be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Food, Drinks & Substances
    • To protect electronic components, please keep food and drinks away from the immediate training area.
    • Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption should be kept at a reasonable distance from the equipment.
  • Surrounding Environment
    • The setup area should be clean, dry, and free of hazards such as mud, water, sharp objects, or unstable surfaces.
    • No open flames, BBQ equipment, or hazardous materials should be placed near the equipment.
  • Safety Authority

       Can Elite Tech Sport staff may pause or stop equipment use if conditions become unsafe or if behaviour poses a risk to the equipment or participants.

These guidelines are designed to keep sessions fun, safe, and worry-free, while ensuring the equipment remains in good working condition.

7. Equipment Care & User Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Use equipment only as instructed by Can Elite staff.
  • Keep equipment protected from liquids, mud, or debris.
  • Prevent overcrowding or unsafe use.
  • Ensure children are supervised at all times.
  • Immediately report any issues, faults, or damage.

8. Tampering & Technical Restrictions (VERY IMPORTANT)

To comply with manufacturer requirements:

  • Opening, modifying, or tampering with any equipment, sensors, panels, wiring, or internal components is strictly prohibited.
  • Attempts to access internal electronics for technology copying, inspection, or replication are forbidden.
  • Any unauthorised access voids warranty, terminates rental, and may result in liability for replacement costs.

Only Can Elite Tech Sport and ESA-authorised personnel may inspect, repair, or adjust the equipment.

9. Damage, Loss & Liability

The client is responsible for:

  • Any damage caused by misuse, neglect, unsafe environment, or violation of instructions.
  • Costs related to repair or replacement if equipment is damaged during rental.
  • Ensuring a safe area free from hazards.

Can Elite Tech Sport is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use, unsupervised sessions, or ignored safety instructions.

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be communicated as early as possible.
  • Fees (if applicable) depend on timing and preparation required.
  • Weather-related postponements will be accommodated when possible.

11. Media & Recording

Photos/videos taken during rentals may be used by the client for personal or organisational use.
However:

  • Altering ESA media or removing ESA elements is not permitted.
  • Use of ESA-owned media requires proper attribution.

12. Agreement

By using Can Elite Tech Sport equipment, you acknowledge and accept these policies.
